Winter warmer sessions with Atlantis leisure

Under the collaboration of the Winter Warmers program by Atlantis Leisure, we are running An Introduction to Cold Water Swimming sessions.

The session's will be held at Ganavan sands just 5minutes from the leisure centre.

For the first session our brave students challenged themselves to take that big step into the cold waters, embracing the thrill of winter open-water swimming, even in the chilly  -1°C.

As the sun shone down upon us, we huddled around the fire pit, sipping on hot tea, and we basked in the joy of the moment.

Changing into dry clothes, we sought refuge in our handy changing mobile changing pod, aka horse box.
