Wildbathing

Seaweed: Forage, Wild Craft, Wild Bathe, Oban

April - Saturday 13th

15:00 - 18:00 BST - Ganavan sands

Immerse yourself in the healing power of Nature with Vicky, founder of The Little Foragers Kitchen and Jo and Lauren, founders of Wild Bathing, for a forage, wildcraft and wild bathe at stunning Ganavan Sands, Oban.

This special experience will start with a mindful walk down to the shore to identify and gather seaweeds which will then use to make a Seaweed scrub.

After applying our seaweed scrub we shall rinse ourselves off and head down to the water for an invigorating "dook", followed by a warm foot bath and some wild seaweed themed snacks and a hot drink around the fire pit.

Jo and Lauren will have their horse trailer with them for everyone to get changed in and warm blankets to cosy up in and Vicky will have the shelter out to keep us dry if it decides to rain.
